1. Is there a die fee for poker chips?
No. Custom poker chips do not require a die fee.  

2. Can I have a sample made first?
Custom poker chips look exactly like the high resolution designs you send in, so we do not offer samples.

3.How small of a quantity can you make?
100 custom chips is the minimum order.

4.How long would it take to make my chips?
Generally orders take between two and three weeks depending on the size of the order. We do have rush services available for an additional charge.

5.How much do chips cost?

6. What types of images can I use to make custom chips?
The great thing about poker chips is that you can use any image as long as the resolution is good enough. It can be a picture or some type of graphic. The sky is the limit.

Our preferred file formats are *.psd (Photoshop), *.ai (Illustrator), *.eps (Illustrator and other vector artwork software), *.jpg

Preferred color setting: CMYK, but RGB can be okay

Artwork must be 300dpi or higher. There is no fixing low resolution artowrk. If you want your chips to look good you must provide the best artwork possible. We are happy to help design a chip for you, but a deposit will be required prior to art service.
